Charles qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1972. Having worked as a financial director with a city commodities company for 16 years, he is now the managing director of Competex Limited, an accountancy practice specialising in the care of interim managers and consultants.

Kay Broughton

Kay began her financial services career in 1997 at Tilney Investment Management. She joined Brown Shipley Private Bank in 2000 where she worked for 9 years in a variety of roles comprising investment analysis, investment management, client relationship management & business development. In her primary investment management role, Kay was responsible for over £100m of client assets. Following a career break to complete her family, Kay joined CCA in 2011. She is currently undertaking the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in order to be able to combine the disciplines of investment management & financial planning.

Steve Worsfold

Steve attended the University of Southampton gaining a Degree in English and Philosophy, which led to a 6 year teaching career before joining the Financial services industry in 1985 with London Life. Having risen to the role of Branch Manager, Steve was recruited by Friends Provident where once again he enjoyed numerous promotions to Regional management level before Steve embarked in 1992 on his successful Advisory career with firms such as Towry and Positive Solutions. Steve has a highly competent broad range of IFA skills with specialism's in Long Term Care, Equity Release and "at Retirement Market". Steve is ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) qualified with the Diploma in Financial services and about to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Alan Smith

Alan has worked for many years in personal financial services. After a long successful career with HSBC he left in 2005 and up until joining City Capital Analysis in Autumn 2009, he worked as an independent mortgage and protection adviser. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at City Capital Analysis.

Dan has over 10 years experience within the industry. He supervises and oversees the administration efficiency of Capital City Analysis through his company, The Adviser Support Hub, which is a standalone consultancy. Dan is ably supported by a highly competent administration team.
